Overview
Digital Managed Services for Market Data is a SaaS Subscription Service for managing popular Market Data applications on AWS. This is an AI powered offer for monitoring Market Data applications thru a combination of CloudWatch, CloudTrail Logging and templated Real-Time metrics collection. Market Data application deployment and management is made simple with StreamScape's templates and AIOps Management Console (Cumul.OS™) powered by our Cognitive AI engine that provides Issue Classification, Response Actions and integration with E-Mail, Call Center systems like ServiceNow and collaboration tools such as Slack.
The offer includes setup, management and 365x24x7 Support of Market Data applications hosted in our customers environment. Monitoring, management as well as reporting of statistics, topology view and cost analysis via the StreamScape AIOps Management Console is also available. The system provides Alerts, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Recommendations where appropriate. Support for Multi-Region durability is also provided as an add-on capability via our standard Digital Managed Services subscription.
Users can chose from a list of supported Market Data providers, add to their Subscription and work with our Site Reliability Engineers to define Runbook procedures, API access, Notifications and Process Automation for Market Data Availability and Management. This offer requires a valid license key for access to supported vendor's Market Data. A unit based subscription model lets you control cost and reduce operational risk.
