Companies listed on the NASDAQ exchange are required to report their quarterly earnings and losses to the SEC. The StockScout Quarterly Data End-Of-Day Extract combines these 20+years of historical public company quarterly reports into more consistent metrics that can compared with one another. By evaluating a company’s financial standings, users will be better prepared when making investment decisions.
Additionally, the stock price impact of each report is available for various timelines. These pricing deltas make it easier to assess the realized impact of a company’s quarterly report for whether it had a positive or negative impact on the stock price.
