You pay based on usage, measured per method you expose from a legacy system. A method is a service generated from legacy code or data. Pricing splits into two categories by source type. Standard methods cover non-mainframe sources and bill at a daily rate per method. Premium methods cover mainframe sources and bill at a separate daily rate per method. You are charged daily for each active method, so cost scales with how many methods you run and which category they fall into.

A method is a single service generated from legacy code or data and exposed through the platform. The tool can create services from legacy programs, data stores, and transaction calls. Each service you expose counts as one method. Your daily charge reflects how many methods stay active.
Standard methods come from non-mainframe sources. Premium methods come from mainframe sources, such as those reached through RPC calls, batch jobs, or queue-based access. Premium methods bill at a separate daily rate. Each method falls into one category based on its source, so your mix of source types drives the split.
You pay a daily rate for each active method. Cost rises as you expose more methods and falls if you retire them. Because the platform supports phased modernization, you can start with a small number of methods and add more over time. Standard and premium methods each accrue at their own daily rate.
