The Hub addresses the autonomy gap by centralizing work in a single pane of glass. Tasks generated by AI agents, robots, and enterprise systems appear in a unified, prioritized list, reducing the swivel-chair latency created by siloed inboxes and email-driven approvals. It also provides a unified audit trail to support governed decisioning in regulated environments.
Architecturally, Brazos Agentic Hub uses a Dual-Engine Agentic Architecture (DEAA) that separates user engagement from orchestration. The Experience Engine (OutSystems/Brazos) delivers a high-performance, pixel-perfect interface for task execution and validation. The Execution Engine (UiPath Maestro and agent frameworks) manages long-running process state, coordination, retries, suspensions, and handoffs.
To avoid the performance and availability limits of real-time API aggregation, the Hub uses an Elasticsearch-driven data federation layer. This provides the necessary architecture to scale to 1000,s of users and tasks.
For employees, the Hub supports a more empowered way of working by enabling collaboration with agents through a consistent interface. For IT and governance teams, it provides a standardized pathway for security, access control, and audit logging as adoption scales from dozens of agents to thousands.
The business case prioritizes high-stakes HITL use cases where the cost of error is high, including complex insurance claims adjudication, anti-money laundering and fraud operations, clinical trial patient recruitment, and wealth management onboarding and KYC.
