This contract listing has two pricing dimensions that work together. You start with the Scispot Platform dimension, which covers the Essential plan for the lab operating system. The additional usage dimension lets you pay for consumption beyond what your base platform commitment includes. Both bill under a contract term. The platform dimension sets your baseline access, while the additional usage dimension scales your cost as your lab's activity grows. You commit to the platform first, then add usage charges as needed.

Additional usage charges apply when your lab's activity exceeds what the base platform commitment includes. The platform dimension sets a fixed baseline cost under your contract. The additional usage dimension bills only for consumption beyond that baseline. For steady, predictable labs the platform charge dominates. For labs with growing activity, additional usage can add more. Both charges appear together under the same contract.

Vendor refund policy
After a month free trial, the agreement spans a duration of one year. However, customers are provided with the flexibility to cancel anytime within the first four months. In the case of cancellation within the first four months, the Customer will be refunded the amount, except for the first four months of the license fee and full implementation fee.
