Usage instructions
Access the AWS Console Sign in to your AWS account and navigate to the EC2 dashboard via the Services menu.
Launch a New EC2 Instance Click Launch Instance and go to the My AMIs tab. Select the WordPress AMI you subscribed to and proceed to configure the instance settings.
Configure Instance Settings
Instance Type: Choose an instance type suitable for your workload.
Network & Subnet: Select your desired VPC and subnet, and configure public IP assignment if needed.
Storage & Tags: Adjust the root volume size and optionally add tags.
Security Group: Create or select a security group that allows HTTP (80) and HTTPS (443) traffic.
Connect via SSH Use a terminal or SSH client to connect to your instance using:
ssh ubuntu@<public-ip-address>
Confirm the connection before proceeding.
Launch and Verify Review your configuration and click Launch. Select an existing key pair or create a new one for SSH access.
Access WordPress Locate the public IPv4 address in the EC2 console, open a web browser, and enter the address to access the WordPress setup page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial configuration.
