CharacterOps Behavior Assurance for AI Agents helps teams define, test, and govern how AI agents are expected to behave. Teams create versioned Behavior Specs, build reusable test suites, run structured AI agent evaluations, and review scorecards that show pass rates, risk, failures, recommendations, and behavior coverage.
The platform establishes an approved behavioral baseline for each agent and compares future candidate versions against that baseline. Regression testing highlights where behavior has weakened, including policy compliance, privacy, escalation, knowledge boundaries, instruction resilience, action integrity, and role consistency. When a candidate fails required tests, the Behavior Change Gate prevents it from being promoted to the approved baseline.
