Acceleraate Change Management for Amazon Connect provides comprehensive support for your contact centre. With this service, you can leverage the powerful features of Amazon Connect & AWS to create a seamless and efficient experience for both your customers and your team, without taking on the headache of managing the platform yourself.
Our service covers the management of moves, adds, changes, and deletions over a range of areas in Amazon Connect, with Target Delivery Times (TDT) for completion.
Our EMEA-based centralised support desk is staffed by highly experienced Amazon Connect specialists. When a client change request is logged in our support portal, your Customer Success Manager applies the appropriate SLA, and schedules the work to be completed. Release management is agreed with the client at the point of contract.
Acceleraate Change Management can be purchased in conjunction with Acceleraate Optimisation as a Service to provide both a reactive and proactive approach to improvement and iteration.
Note, this is a monthly subscription-based service, and subject to a minimum contract term of 6 months.
