Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one plan under a contract pricing model. You buy the Enterprise Plan in units, and each unit provides 500GB of storage and 5,000 connections. Pricing scales by the number of units you purchase, so you add units as your storage and connection needs grow. Each unit includes consent management and student integration. Because pricing is unit-based, you match your commitment to the size of your school community. Subscriptions run on an annual contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one connection in the 5,000 connections included per unit?
A connection is a user link to the school gallery. This includes staff, students, and invited parents who access the Media Gallery. Access and role assignment are managed by the school, and users must be invited to join an Enterprise Gallery. Each connected user counts toward your unit's 5,000-connection limit.
What drives the number of units I need — storage or connections?
Each unit bundles both 500GB of storage and 5,000 connections together. You add units when either limit is reached. A school with many photos and videos may hit the storage cap first; a large community may hit the connection cap first. Both metrics travel together in each unit.
Can we turn off face recognition, and does that change what we pay?
Yes. Automated Face Recognition Technology can be switched on or off in your Enterprise Gallery at any time. This does not change your unit-based pricing. Each unit still includes consent management and student integration regardless of whether face recognition is active.
