Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing follows bandwidth tiers billed under a contract. You pick a committed bandwidth level, measured in Mbps, ranging from 10M up to 1G. Each tier includes a set number of free IP addresses that scales with the bandwidth you choose, from up to 5 free IPs at the smallest tier to up to 500 at the largest. A separate Zenlayer IP dimension lets you buy extra IP addresses beyond your tier's included allotment, priced per unit and limited to 50 additional. This structure ties your cost to committed bandwidth, with IP capacity built in.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one bandwidth Mbps tier actually deliver for my accelerated traffic?
Each tier sets a committed bandwidth ceiling in Mbps for accelerated traffic across Zenlayer's private backbone. You choose a level from 10M to 1G based on your peak throughput needs. The tier also bundles a set number of free IP addresses, which act as fixed application entry points for your accelerated services.
What happens if I need more IP addresses than my bandwidth tier includes?
The separate Zenlayer IP dimension lets you buy extra IPs beyond your tier's free allotment. Each additional IP is priced per unit, and you can purchase up to 50 more. This charge is added on top of your bandwidth tier cost, so both appear together on your bill.
Do the free IP addresses come with every bandwidth tier automatically?
Yes. Each bandwidth tier includes a built-in free IP allotment that scales with the tier you select, from up to 5 IPs at 10M to up to 500 at 1G. You only pay for extra IPs through the separate Zenlayer IP unit if you exceed the included count.

Intelligent routing has delivered predictable low latency and reduced cross-border network costs

Review from a verified AWS customer
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA) is to leverage the bandwidth billing to accelerate the cross-border API endpoints and dynamic payload streaming across our distributed microservice synchronization. This ensures that latency-sensitive international markets, particularly across Southwest Asia, India, and Latin America, are served by routing both TCP and UDP traffic to Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA)'s private global backbone directly back to our origin infrastructure. I also use it to bypass congested public transit peering links and deliver deterministic, low-jitter performance to our end-users. This is our primary use case.
The reason I chose Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA) for this specific scenario is that they have intelligent anycast routing and a private backbone. The Layer 4 acceleration over their dedicated backbone drastically reduces packet loss and eliminates the route flapping typical of open internet transit. Unlike models that charge predictable per-request fees or have fluctuating egress multipliers, the 95th-percentile committed bandwidth billing has given us an edge. It has provided us with immense financial predictability for steady, high-throughput, and dynamic data streams.
How has it helped my organization?
Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA) has positively impacted our organization primarily through latency and performance gains. Cross-region P99 latency dropped by 48.33%, even in historically difficult transition zones. This has directly improved user retention by 89% and transaction completion rates by 48.33%. Secondly, I have seen network cost reduction. Migrating steady, high-volume data egress to Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA)'s committed bandwidth billing has yielded a 43.89% net saving on data transfer costs compared to the standard pay-as-you-go, multi-region cloud egress. Additionally, engineering velocity has been accelerated by 78%, minimizing the engineering time spent constantly troubleshooting regional carrier transit anomalies and BGP routing splits. I have saved around 800 engineering hours per month.
The improvements I have seen from Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA) have primarily affected our end-users. The latency drop has improved user retention to 43%, and the user satisfaction score, the CSAT score, has jumped from 78% to 98%.
What is most valuable?
The best features Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA) offers are the fast edge deployment and automation. It has provisioned acceleration endpoints via their console and API, which integrates easily and cleanly with our automated CI/CD deployment pipelines. Second, the hybrid cloud and AWS integration helps us to bind the native AWS origin load balancer and VPC architectures with zero protocol incompatibility. I also appreciate the bandwidth-based billing model. It is directly committed with the billing, which provides immense financial predictability for steady, high-throughput data streams.
The automation and fast edge deployment have helped our team by reducing the manual overhead that our previous manual CI/CD pipelines took at least 20 to 30 engineering hours per day to maintain and oversee. This has helped us save 25 to 30 hours per day, or around 200 engineering hours per week and around 800 engineering hours per month. It has automated our CI/CD deployment pipelines. It also helped eliminate pipeline failures and the need for manual security checks. Everything is automated.
Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA)'s governance and security are really strong. My engineering teams have told me that it is a perfect solution within the organization. Since we are dealing with customers' information and PII, it is a secure and safe platform backed by all the necessary certifications and compliance checks, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
The accuracy and reliability of the output from Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA) are excellent. I rate it a 10 out of 10 for the performance outputs.
Zenlayer Global Accelerator (ZGA) integrates very straightforwardly with other AWS services we use, providing great integrations.
