Try this product free for 5 days according to the free trial terms set by the vendor. Usage-based pricing is in effect for usage beyond the free trial terms. Your free trial gets automatically converted to a paid subscription when the trial ends, but may be canceled any time before that.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance type you run this document management software on. The 15 options are all instance sizes, not feature tiers, so each provides the same software with different compute capacity. Sizes range from medium through large, xlarge, and 2xlarge across several instance families (t2, t3, c7i, m5a, m8i). General-purpose t2 and t3 instances suit lighter workloads. Compute-focused c7i and memory-balanced m5a and m8i instances handle heavier loads. Your hourly rate scales with the size and family you select. Software charges are billed through your AWS account.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What compute resources do I get for each hourly instance option?
Each option maps to one EC2 instance size. Medium sizes give lighter compute and memory. Large, xlarge, and 2xlarge sizes add more vCPUs and memory. The t2 and t3 families are general-purpose. The c7i family favors compute. The m5a and m8i families balance memory and compute.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or paused?
Software charges accrue per hour while the instance runs. Fully stopped instances stop accruing software charges. Underlying AWS storage fees may still apply to attached volumes even when the instance is not running. You meter only running time for the software itself.
How is the hourly usage billed and where do charges appear?
You pay for actual instance-hours with no upfront commitment. Charges scale with the instance size and family you select. All software charges run through your existing AWS account and appear on your AWS bill, which lets you apply committed spend and savings plans.
