Meeting Insights OP is a solution for automatically generating documentation and insights from work meetings, in line with organizational protocols and templates. The solution is installed on a local server and provides a perfect answer to the strict requirements of security, healthcare and financial organizations. Meeting Insights On Prem is an innovative and advanced solution that saves time, improves accuracy and boosts organizational efficiency, while adhering to information security standards and regulations. Meetings are vital for organizations to discuss issues and drive progress. For those meetings to be effective, proper documentation is crucial, as it ensures transparency, drives orderly follow-up and boosts efficiency. However, creating accurate and structured meeting documentation is time consuming and often done sporadically, resulting in incomplete or out-of-date records. Most automatic transcription solutions rely on cloud resources, but such solutions are unsuitable for organizations where internet use is prohibited. AudioCodes Meeting Insights On Prem is an exclusively on-premises solution, built on our in-house developed transcription engine which is fully adaptable to meet specific organizational requirements. This is a Contract version of the product.

Dimensions summary
This contract bundles pricing around transcription capacity and optional add-ons. You start with the base contract, which covers 50,000 hours of meeting processing. To expand capacity, you add the 10,000-hour add-on, which stacks on top of the base as your usage grows. The AI Agent add-on is priced separately by user count, covering 50 users per unit. The custom add-on lets you arrange terms outside the standard capacity and user options. Capacity scales by adding hour blocks, while AI Agent access scales by user seats. Each add-on works independently of the others.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An hour measures meeting processing time the solution uses to transcribe and analyze recorded meetings. The base contract covers 50,000 such hours. When your meeting volume grows, you add 10,000-hour blocks that stack on top of the base capacity.
Two separate metrics drive cost. Processing capacity is measured in hours, billed through the base contract plus 10,000-hour add-ons. AI Agent access is measured by user count, billed per 50-user unit. These bill independently and both appear together, so you scale each based on its own need.
The custom add-on covers arrangements that fall outside the fixed 50,000-hour base, 10,000-hour blocks, and 50-user AI Agent units. Use it when your capacity or user needs do not match the standard increments. Contact the vendor to define the specific terms.
