Omnistrate is a platform that enables ISVs to deploy, operate, and commercialise their software in any customer environment. It does this by generating a private-label control plane that runs within the ISV's own cloud account.
From a single control plane, builders can standardize delivery for any deployment requirement; including supporting free-trials using shared tenancy, single-tenant (or dedicated) deployments, Customer VPC deployments (BYOC), air-gapped installs or self-serve deployments.
Omnistrate is the only universal software distribution platform that standardizes per-tenant delivery for ISVs across Hosted, BYOC, and air-gapped environments.
What sets Omnistrate apart:
A Single Tool to Deploy Anywhere: Omnistrate provides a single foundation to support heterogeneous environments simultaneously. We eliminate the 'vendor sprawl' and custom engineering typically required to reach diverse customer segments across Hosted, BYOC, and air-gapped environments.
Tenant-Aware Orchestration: Omnistrate makes per- tenant delivery programmable and repeatable. ISVs can standardize isolation and governance across shared, dedicated, customer VPC (BYOC), and account-based models-eliminating the need for manual, static infrastructure scripts and fragmented environment management for every new customer.
Full-Lifecycle Operational Consolidation: Omnistrate consolidates the operational layers required to deliver and manage software across customer environments. ISVs can unify infrastructure management, multi- environment deployment, application delivery, observability, governance, and usage-based metering and billing in a single platform with built-in visibility and control.
See how engineering teams have moved from manual environment-specific scripts to a unified distribution model in our customer stories.
Customers leverage Omnistrate to solve complex distribution hurdles, including:
Power Any Customer Deployment Model: We transition AI companies from 'prototype' to enterprise- grade software by standardizing software delivery across multi-tenant Hosted SaaS, single-tenant Hosted SaaS, BYOC and air-gapped deployment models. This architecture eliminates custom infrastructure replication, enabling vendors to satisfy enterprise data residency and zero-trust security mandates on the AWS Marketplace via a single, tenant-aware control plane. Accelerate AWS Co-Sell Revenue We help customers build, list, and co-sell FTR-compliant SaaS on AWS Marketplace from existing application code, delivering certified, transactable listings that turn every purchase into a live customer environment with automated fulfillment, metering, and lifecycle operations.
AWS Cloud Migration: We provide a frictionless path for enterprises to migrate workloads from other clouds to AWS by automating infrastructure onboarding, environment replication, and ongoing operations.
AWS Cloud Modernization: Improving how the workload runs on AWS by replatforming it into a cloud- native operating model, such as containerization, Kubernetes-based deployment, automated provisioning, managed storage/databases, integrated observability, security controls, and lifecycle automation. The focus is on better scalability, reliability, automation, security, and long-term operational efficiency.
Open Source Commercialization: We transform open- source projects into production-ready managed services, enabling companies to unlock new revenue streams while ensuring enterprise-grade stability and scale.
The Core Components of Universal Distribution:
The Blueprint: ISVs define their application once via a single Service Definition. From this specification, Omnistrate generates a custom distribution control plane using seven configurable modules, eliminating the need to manually build or code for diverse customer environments.
The Control Plane: This automated engine manages the entire fleet. It orchestrates tenant isolation, infrastructure provisioning, usage-based billing, and Day-2 operations across all customer environments simultaneously.
The Admin Portal: A centralized command center providing the ISV's team with deep visibility and governance. From one interface, teams manage the commercial and operational lifecycle-including deployments, monitoring, and controls-by product, customer, or service.
The Customer Portal: A white-labeled, self-service interface that empowers end customers to provision, govern, and monitor their own deployments. This delivers a modern "as-a-service" experience while significantly reducing the ISV's operational support overhead.
Omnistrate maintains enterprise-grade security standards with AWS FTR, SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance.
The Omnistrate platform earns a 5/5 rating with our customers. See the Omnistrate Reviews on G2.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a contract model with two pricing dimensions. The Omnistrate Starter Plan gets you set up for SaaS distribution, including packaging, infrastructure automation, billing, and operations. Billing runs on core-hour usage of the vCPUs your active tenants consume. The Omnistrate Consumption Unit measures that usage as you scale. Together, the two dimensions separate your baseline plan commitment from the metered consumption that grows with your fleet size. You pay only for the capacity active tenants use. Infrastructure costs to run your control plane are billed separately by your own cloud provider.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Omnistrate Consumption Unit for billing?
A consumption unit maps to vCPU usage. Billing runs on core-hour usage, meaning the number of vCPUs your active tenants run, multiplied by the hours they run. The platform meters this compute across your managed fleet and charges only for capacity active tenants consume.
How do the Starter Plan and Consumption Unit charges combine on my bill?
The Starter Plan sets your baseline commitment for SaaS distribution, packaging, automation, billing, and operations. The Consumption Unit adds metered vCPU core-hour usage as your fleet grows. Both appear on the same invoice. Consumption charges scale with active tenant usage, while the plan covers the underlying capabilities.
Am I charged for infrastructure hosting costs, or only for the platform?
The pricing covers generating, deploying, and managing your private control plane. The infrastructure cost to actually run that control plane is billed directly by your own cloud provider, separate from your Omnistrate charges. You pay two parties: Omnistrate for the platform, your cloud provider for compute.
