Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Access to Decentro's Flow payment infrastructure APIs including UPI payments, payouts, collections, virtual accounts, and recurring payment workflows, with additional usage billed based on consumption.
You buy access to the Flow payment infrastructure platform, then pay per transaction as you use it. The dimensions are usage-based units grouped by function. Money movement splits into incoming transfers and outgoing payouts, priced separately by rail: NEFT, RTGS, and combined IMPS and UPI. Account setup covers virtual account creation and bank verification requests. Recurring payments break into eNACH registrations, presentations, and modifications, plus UPI Autopay registrations and presentations. Each unit is billed on consumption, so your total scales with the volume and mix of transactions you process across these categories.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for outgoing payouts across NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS and UPI?
Each outgoing payout transaction counts as one unit under its rail. One NEFT payment equals one NEFT unit. RTGS payments meter separately as RTGS units. IMPS and UPI payouts share a combined unit. You pick the rail per transaction, and that transaction bills against the matching dimension.
How do the recurring payment dimensions combine to bill a mandate over its lifecycle?
A mandate meters in stages. You pay one eNACH or UPI Autopay registration unit to set it up. Each collection attempt bills a presentation unit. eNACH cancellations, returns, and changes bill separate modification units. So one long-running mandate accrues charges across several dimensions over time, not a single flat fee.
What does one Virtual Accounts unit or Bank Verifications unit cover?
A Virtual Accounts unit covers creating one virtual account or UPI ID used to collect funds and aid reconciliation. A Bank Verifications unit covers one bank account verification request, often a penny drop check run before payout or collection flows. Both meter per request as you create accounts or verify beneficiaries.
