Highlights
Payment orchestrator
Zru acts as a payment orchestrator with multiple built-in connections to global providers and methods. Acting as an aggregator, it eliminates the need for separate integrations and gives merchants flexibility to choose and combine providers. With smart routing, payments are automatically directed to the best option by geography, card type, or fallback rules, reducing failures, improving conversion, and ensuring business continuity.
No-code control of the full payment experience
With Zru, everything can be managed without code: customize checkout flows and visual design, create payment links, and handle operations such as refunds and reporting. Payment teams gain autonomy to configure rules and manage providers directly from the dashboard. This speeds up decisions, simplifies daily workflows, and reduces dependency on IT, freeing resources for strategic initiatives instead of maintenance.
Marketplace-ready operations
Zru supports advanced marketplace use cases where multiple sellers or vendors need to be onboarded and managed. The platform enables split payments, payouts, and transparent allocation of funds across participants. These features allow complex business models to operate seamlessly on one unified platform while giving operators full visibility and sellers the control they need.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay only for what you use across three independent usage dimensions. The first charges per successful transaction processed through the platform. The second charges per authentication attempt made through the 3DS Agnostic feature. The third charges per Network Token created for card tokenization. Each dimension bills separately by unit count, so your cost scales with actual activity in each category. There is no upfront commitment tying these together. Note that each payment method you connect applies its own separate processing fee directly, since you contract with each provider independently.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one successful transaction for billing?
A successful transaction is one payment operation completed through the Zru platform. Failed or declined attempts are not billed under this dimension. Each completed operation counts as one unit, so your charge scales directly with the number of payments that go through.
Do the three usage dimensions combine on one bill, and which drives cost most?
The three dimensions bill independently and add together on the same invoice. Successful transactions usually drive the largest share, since every completed payment counts. 3DS Agnostic attempts accrue only when you use that authentication feature. Network Tokens accrue only when you create card tokens.
Are the payment processor fees included in these usage charges?
No. Zru charges only for its own platform usage across the three dimensions. Each payment method you connect applies its own separate processing fee directly. You contract with each provider independently, so those commissions are billed by the provider, not by Zru.
