What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) is its ability to manage the full lifecycle of assets in a structured and centralized way. It provides strong visibility into asset performance, maintenance schedules, and work orders, which makes it easier to track everything in one place. I also like the flexibility it offers in configuring workflows based on business needs, along with its reporting capabilities that help in making data driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) is that the user interface can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive for new users. The initial setup and configuration also require time and proper understanding, especially when customizing modules. In some cases, performance can slow down when handling large datasets, which can impact usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) solves the problem of managing complex asset operations and maintenance processes manually. What do you like best about the product?
I like that Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) is user-friendly, making it easy to use. I appreciate the real-time reporting and analytics since it saves time, which is valuable for maintaining schedules.

The initial setup can be time-consuming, which was hard at first but got easier afterwards.

Flexible Portals and Permissions Make EAM Easy to Manage

What do you like best about the product?
EAM has three types of categories, and each one has its own permissions. For example, there are three types of portals: 1st Maintenance, 2nd Planner, and 3rd Managers. In each portal, we can distinguish between asset management and maintenance (preventive, breakdown maintenance, etc.). For the Planner portal, material availability and minimum orders are also specified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is the thing I dislike the most. Also, switching tabs from one to another takes too long and feels time-consuming, so that’s my biggest issue with eam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EAM is solving maintenance realated issues for my company, all the documents and site reports are safe in one place ypu do need to go anywhere else to find the documents

What do you like best about the product?
it is the "brain" for companies with a lot of physical stuff—factories, fleets, power grids, or massive facilities—helping them track what they own, where it is, and how to keep it running for as long as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is there to dislike. But, HxGN EAM focuses on the health and maintenance of physical assets, not on the capital planning and financial execution of projects and if one needs that it could may have aome limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in reducing downtime and by improving availability of machineries. Again, It tracks every stage of an asset’s life—from procurement and installation to decommissioning. This data allows for smarter capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and maximizes the Return on Investment (ROI) for every piece of equipment.

Good stuff to get things done. In your day to day you need tools that will simplify efforts while making sure you get accurate results. This tool is one you can rely on.

Not sure yet. Still testing it's features. Probably you need to make several rounds of testing to get a more refined answer to this question. So now we are good
