What do you like best about the product?
it is the "brain" for companies with a lot of physical stuff—factories, fleets, power grids, or massive facilities—helping them track what they own, where it is, and how to keep it running for as long as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is there to dislike. But, HxGN EAM focuses on the health and maintenance of physical assets, not on the capital planning and financial execution of projects and if one needs that it could may have aome limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in reducing downtime and by improving availability of machineries. Again, It tracks every stage of an asset’s life—from procurement and installation to decommissioning. This data allows for smarter capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and maximizes the Return on Investment (ROI) for every piece of equipment.

Not sure yet. Still testing it's features. Probably you need to make several rounds of testing to get a more refined answer to this question. So now we are good

What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficient, to-the-point design of Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) without any gimmicky UI. It makes finding assets and managing inventory hassle-free. I honestly really like it just the way it is, as it feels more professional than other ERPs and more suitable for report overviews than something like PowerBi. The initial setup was fairly easy for me, especially since I have experience with similar software.

I appreciate that Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) has helped in asset performance management. It has solved problems in planning, acquisition, and maintenance for me. I like the comprehensive tools it provides for tracking asset life cycles and managing work orders, which are really beneficial. The Microsoft project tool with its two-way integration feature stands out as particularly valuable. The initial setup was easy, which made things smoother when starting out.

I don't like the outdated interface and the fact that data extraction depends on external tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) provides high productive results, helping to reduce production outages and boost productivity. It's not difficult to use and is very straightforward. I like the scheduling feature and how it keeps track of all the production aspects, helping monitor day-to-day activities. It helps identify defects, slowdowns, and areas of maintenance needed. As an operational manager, I find it works really well for me, and the setup process was easy.

I use Octave Attune EAM (HxGN EAM) for maintenance, reducing production outages and boosting productivity. It is straightforward to use, effectively tracks production and scheduling, and monitors daily activities and maintenance needs.
