Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You pay based on the number of vehicles in your fleet. A Base Fee covers your first 100 vehicles. Beyond that, per-vehicle fees apply in brackets: 101-150, 151-450, 451-1000, and 1001-3000 vehicles. As your fleet grows into each range, the matching per-vehicle fee applies to those vehicles. This vehicle-based model means pricing scales with fleet size rather than per user. Every bracket gives your whole team access, with unlimited user seats included regardless of fleet size.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A vehicle is a unit in your transit fleet, such as a bus. Pricing counts the number of vehicles tracked in your network, not the number of users. User seats are unlimited, so your whole team gets access regardless of fleet size.
Pricing uses brackets by vehicle count. The Base Fee covers your first 100 vehicles. Each range above that (101-150, 151-450, 451-1000, 1001-3000) applies its per-vehicle fee to vehicles falling in that range. As your fleet grows into a range, the matching rate covers those vehicles.

Mosaiq users can actively self-serve via the Mosaiq Support Portal. The portal provides technical support and is underpinned by a Knowledge Base to enable users to get up and running, manage user access, update network topology or to explore more advanced features, as quickly as possible. More advanced requests are handled by the dedicated Snapper Site Reliability Engineering team who are able to process these requests during office hours.
