Enterprises are putting agents into workflows that touch regulated, high-stakes decisions: underwriting, claims, lending, compliance. The bottleneck is not model quality. It is that agents are reasoning over scattered, conflicting, and stale source material - policies in binders, rules in spreadsheets, exceptions in someones inbox. A smarter model just gets better at explaining a decision made on the wrong input.
Factify reconciles that scattered knowledge into certified, versioned policy objects, compiles approved policy into deterministic enforcement logic, and ties every agent action back to the source, version, and approval that authorized it. Agents do not guess which rule is active. They execute against what is actually in force, and every decision comes with a full audit trail.
Factify runs in three stages:
Reconcile - Ingest policies, files, databases, SaaS records, emails, and internal decisions. Turn them into versioned policy objects with owners, sources, approvals, and effective dates.
Enforce - Compile approved policy into logic that runs at runtime. Every agent action is checked against the active version before it can update a record, trigger a workflow, or return a decision.
Prove - Every allowed or blocked action is logged with the policy version, source evidence, approval trail, owner, timestamp, and reason.
This is not RAG and it is not a guardrail. RAG retrieves documents; it does not decide which policy is active or which source wins when records conflict. Guardrails sit around the model; they do not enforce policy before it reaches the business system. Factify sits underneath both, as the layer that governs what is actually true and enforces it before an agent can act on it.
Highlights
Certified truth, not just retrieval. Factify reconciles conflicting sources into versioned, approved policy before agents ever see it, so RAG stops guessing which rule is active.
Enforcement at the point of action. Approved policy compiles into deterministic logic that runs before an agent updates a record, triggers a workflow, or returns a decision.
Proof, not just logs. Every decision - allowed or blocked - is tied to its source, policy version, owner, approval, and timestamp, ready before an audit ever asks.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Factify offers one pricing dimension: the Enterprise Plan, sold as an annual subscription. Your cost scales with the number of AI workflows you run on the platform. Each unit represents an AI workflow, so pricing grows as you add more workflows. This plan uses private-offer pricing, which means you arrange terms directly with the vendor rather than buying at a set list rate. To get a quote for your workflow count, you contact the sales team. There are no separate tiers or add-ons to choose from.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one AI workflow for billing under the Enterprise Plan?
An AI workflow is a decision process the platform governs, such as customer onboarding, KYC and due diligence, transaction monitoring, vendor review, loan intake, or credit decisioning. Each such governed process counts as one unit. You are billed by the total number of workflows you run on the platform.
How does my cost change if I add more AI workflows during the year?
Your subscription cost scales with the number of AI workflows. Adding workflows raises your unit count and your annual cost. Because pricing comes through a private offer, you arrange the workflow count and terms with the sales team before your contract begins. Contact Sales@factify.com to adjust your quote.
Does the Enterprise Plan cover all the platform's decision-governance capabilities, or are features priced separately?
The plan is one annual subscription for the platform, priced by AI workflow count. There are no separate feature tiers or add-ons in the pricing. Capabilities like rule authoring, live enforcement, and audit tracing come as part of the platform. Your workflow count drives cost, not individual features.
