    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for Shoreline AI is getting knowledge on how to use AI and coding, specifically coding skills. I actually use Shoreline AI for learning coding skills because I want to get some hands-on experience with Python. To improve myself, I am learning Python coding from Shoreline AI.

    What is most valuable?

    Shoreline AI is helping me by giving me detailed, step-by-step examples on all the topics, which is really very helpful to me.

    The best features Shoreline AI offers in my experience include providing good examples, explaining the topics in detail, and doing so in an easy-to-understand way.

    When it comes to detailed explanations and easy-to-understand examples, the topic that stands out to me the most is Python loops, loop conditions, and if conditions, as it really helped me grasp a tricky concept.

    Shoreline AI has positively impacted my organization because, as I mentioned before, I am using Shoreline AI for my Python day-to-day programming, which is helping me a lot and my organization. Shoreline AI has helped my organization by providing faster problem-solving.

    What needs improvement?

    Shoreline AI can be improved by addressing situations where I have experienced it giving me wrong answers. I update Shoreline AI with the right information so that going forward, it can provide the right information to the right users.

    Regarding Shoreline AI's AI capabilities, security is a major concern in any organization, so we need to ensure data is not sent to wrong people. That is the only concern I have about Shoreline AI regarding governance and security.

    Under heavy workloads or during peak times, I have seen some slowness with Shoreline AI, but during off-hours, it is very fast.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been working in my current field for roughly twelve years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    I find Shoreline AI stable.

    Shoreline AI's scalability is very comfortable and easy to use.

    Implementing Shoreline AI in my organization was initially difficult, but when we started using it on a day-to-day basis, it became very easy for us.

    I have seen a return on investment using Shoreline AI, sharing relevant metrics such as time saved, money saved, and fewer employees needed. Previously, we used to do the same work in three to four weeks, but using Shoreline AI, we were able to finish the work in two weeks.

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Shoreline AI is pretty good compared to other solutions.

    Before choosing Shoreline AI, we evaluated other options such as ChatGPT and Cloud.

    I am comfortable with the features and do not wish to add anything else about them.

    I do not have any other improvements needed for Shoreline AI that I have not mentioned yet.

    Shoreline AI integrates with other tools or systems we use by having a good ability to interact with other tools such as Splunk or any automation tools, establishing good communication between them.

    I would describe the learning curve for new users starting with Shoreline AI as effective and productive, especially if they are given any kind of training videos.

    I am pretty comfortable with the documentation and training materials provided by Shoreline AI.

    Shoreline AI helps with compliance or regulatory requirements in my organization by ensuring that all the policies are in place and we monitor the data and what traffic is going out. We monitor all the cloud information and cloud data.

    During any outage with Shoreline AI, we send notifications to the team not to use it because of the downtime, so we can only use the feed that was provided to Shoreline AI, but not any new ones.

    Compared to other AI tools, I find Shoreline AI pretty neat and easy to use.

    I would rate this review as a nine out of ten.
