Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You subscribe to IoT datastreams and pay per unit each year. The Starter Contract charges only for what you use monthly. Volume options set minimum commitments from 1,000 up to 250,000 datastreams, with discounted overage rates as you scale. Two optional add-ons, Digital Twin and IoT BI, price per datastream for 3D visualisation and custom reports. Separate line items cover an installer application license, half-day and full-day remote assist sessions, and fixed-scope Jumpstart, Proof of Value, and Pilot projects. Low density connection fees apply per internal or external location.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A datastream is one endpoint delivering data from a single IoT device or sensor. You pay per endpoint each year. One annual price per endpoint includes the IoT devices, gateways, platform access, unlimited API data access, and a warranty for the life of your subscription.
The Starter Contract charges only for the datastreams you use each month, with no minimum. Each Volume option sets a fixed minimum commitment, from 1,000 up to 250,000 datastreams. If you exceed that commitment, overage datastreams bill at discounted rates rather than the standard rate.
The Digital Twin and IoT BI add-ons each price per datastream. They bill on top of your base subscription, not instead of it. Digital Twin adds 3D visualisation of your sensor space. IoT BI adds custom business intelligence reports. Both scale with the number of datastreams you apply them to.
