Dimensions summary
You pick a contract tier based on how many beacons you need to track assets. The four tiers scale by beacon capacity: Compact covers up to 100 beacons, Moderate up to 250, Extended up to 700, and Amplified up to 1,500. Each tier is a fixed contract that includes its stated beacon count. As your tracking needs grow, you move to a tier with a higher included beacon count. Beacons are the sensor devices that connect physical assets to the platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A beacon is a physical sensor device that connects an asset to the platform. Types include location beacons, forklift beacons, temperature beacons, and wristband beacons. Each individual device attached to an asset counts as one beacon against your tier's included count.
Each tier caps the included beacons: Compact at 100, Moderate at 250, Extended at 700, and Amplified at 1,500. To track more devices, you move up to a tier with a higher included count. The transition is a contract change, not an automatic overage charge.
The contract covers the platform and its included beacon capacity. Deployment services such as hardware installation, site scoping, cabling, and admin training are handled separately by Thinaer's deployment team, with pricing based on scope and complexity.
