Everything in Free, plus unlimited validations, all 6 profile suites (US Core, Carin BB, Da Vinci PDex, USCDI v3+v4), scheduled drift detection, PDF reports for CMS audit, AND your own private HealthLake datastore. $149/month.
EasyPA FHIR Validator Premium upgrades the Free 1-validation/month tier with the features compliance + integration teams need to keep a FHIR endpoint conformant under TEFCA + CMS Patient Access Rule audits. Premium also includes your own private AWS HealthLake datastore (shared across all EasyPA Premium products you subscribe to) so your validation runs read from your data, not a multi-tenant store.
What's included beyond Free:
Your own private AWS HealthLake datastore - dedicated to your tenant, automatically provisioned on first subscribe (or BYO your existing HealthLake / FHIR REST endpoint). Shared across all EasyPA Premium products in your subscription bundle (Explorer Premium, Analytics Premium, HL7-to-FHIR Converter, etc.) - one datastore, all products read/write to it.
Unlimited validations per month - no monthly cap, no per-run resource cap
All 6 profile suites:
US Core 6.1 (USCDI v3 baseline)
US Core 7.0 (USCDI v4 baseline)
Carin Blue Button 2.0 (payer EOB exchange)
Da Vinci PDex 2.0 (payer-to-payer + member access)
USCDI v3 (the federal data class baseline)
USCDI v4 (the upgraded 2025+ baseline)
Scheduled recurring validations with cron expressions (UTC). Daily / weekly / monthly / arbitrary cron - we run the same validator pipeline against your endpoint on the schedule you set.
Drift detection email alerts - if a previously-conformant endpoint regresses (any profile, any error count change), Premium subscribers get notified by email.
PDF export of validation reports formatted for CMS audit attachment - one click in the dashboard, formal report with profile, timestamp, summary, per-resource findings, ready to attach to your audit response.
API access for CI/CD-triggered validations - run a conformance check on every deploy as a release gate.
365-day audit log retention
20 requests/second rate limit per tenant (10x Free)
Your primary FHIR endpoint (whichever your other EasyPA products use - managed-shared, your own HealthLake datastore, your own FHIR REST endpoint)
Sample bundle upload in the request body (no endpoint required, useful for CI/CD validation of pre-deploy artifacts)
How the validator works under the hood: HAPI FHIR Validator (the official open-source library used by HL7) wrapped in a SaaS surface. We pre-load the IG packages from packages.fhir.org and run conformance + invariant checks. Output is normalized to { rule, severity, location, message } tuples regardless of which IG was used.
Compliance: SOC 2 Type II certified, HIPAA-compliant, continuously monitored via Vanta. Independent third-party audits completed. BAA included with every Premium subscription before any PHI touches our managed datastore.

This Validator product uses a monthly base fee plus usage charges. You pay the Premium Monthly Base once per month for each active tenant. On top of that, you pay per validation run, but the first 100 runs each month are included at no extra charge. Runs beyond that count individually. You also pay per PDF audit report generated for CMS audit attachment. So your cost scales with how many validation runs and PDF reports you use, above the flat monthly base.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one validation run for billing?
A validation run is a single endpoint conformance check or a sample bundle checked against the implementation guides. Each check you submit counts as one run. The first 100 runs each month are included. Runs beyond that count individually against your usage charge.
What happens to my cost after I use the 100 included validation runs?
The first 100 runs each month carry no per-run charge. Once you pass 100, each additional run is billed individually. The count resets at the start of each month, so unused included runs do not carry over. The monthly base fee stays the same regardless.
How do the validation runs, PDF reports, and monthly base fee combine on my bill?
All three appear on the same invoice. You pay the Premium Monthly Base once per active tenant. Validation runs above 100 and each PDF audit report bill separately on top. Validation run volume usually drives the largest usage portion, since PDF reports are generated only for CMS audit attachment.
