Zipflair offers refunds on subscription charges only, where a valid billing issue or service failure can be demonstrated. All media downloads and AI-generated content purchases are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of circumstance. To request a subscription refund, contact hello@zipflair.com with your account details and a description of the issue. All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
