A personal AI agent for every person on your team - safe by architecture, with built-in governance so it can connect safely to your sensitive systems and data.
NanoCo gives each person on your team their own professional AI agent that lives in Slack, Teams, or wherever your team already works. It is not a company-wide productivity tool - it is the starting point of your organization's journey to becoming AI-native and agentic.
Agents are safe by architecture, not by instruction. They run sandboxed with zero standing credentials, route sensitive actions through human approval, and operate under org-level policies with full audit trails, so you can safely connect them to systems you would never connect to an unmanaged AI tool.
Rollout starts with one team and takes weeks, not years. NanoCo interviews your team, builds agent templates, policies, and toolsets, and gets people using their agent from day one. People then become agent managers, building skills, customizing instructions, and creating scheduled tasks, while each agent builds a knowledge graph of that person's work.
Over time, agents interconnect across the team and the organization: an org chart of agents that can query each other, a centralized company brain, and a shared skill and knowledge index.
NanoCo is from the creators of NanoClaw, the open-source agent used by teams at organizations including Google, Oracle, and T-Mobile.
Highlights
An assistant for every person on your team. Lives in Slack, Teams, or wherever your team already works. Learns each person and adapts as they go.
Safe by architecture, not instruction. The agent runs sandboxed with zero credentials. Sensitive actions need human approval, fully audited under policies your org controls.
Your infrastructure, your control. Run it fully within your AWS account. Your sensitive data and proprietary knowledge never leaves your organization's cloud environment.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

You buy one contract: the Starter Plan on a 12-month term. It covers one team of up to 20 agents, with onboarding, agent templates, policies, and governance setup included. Pricing scales only when you exceed that base. From the 21st agent onward, you pay a monthly usage rate per additional agent. So your cost stays flat for the first 20 agents, then grows with each agent you add above that. Private Offers are available if you want tailored pricing for your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one agent for billing purposes?
An agent is a personal AI assistant assigned to one team member. It lives in your chat tools and adapts to that person. Your team of up to 20 agents is covered by the base contract. Each agent added from the 21st onward is counted and billed separately.
What happens to my cost if I add agents beyond the first 20?
The base contract covers your first 20 agents at a flat 12-month rate. From the 21st agent onward, you pay a monthly usage rate for each added agent. Only agents above 20 trigger this charge. Your first 20 stay covered by the base contract.
What is included in the base contract besides agent access?
The base contract covers one team of up to 20 agents for 12 months. It also includes onboarding, agent templates, policies, and governance setup. These setup items come with the plan and do not add separate charges. Extra cost applies only when you exceed 20 agents.
