Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You choose one of four monthly plans based on how many API requests you expect to make. The Basic Plan covers the fewest requests per month, and each step up—Pro, Ultra, then Mega—raises your included monthly request quota. All four plans deliver the same emotion analysis results; they differ only in the volume of requests you can send each month. Pick the tier that matches your expected monthly usage. Billing follows a contract model with a set request allowance per month for each plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one request for billing purposes?
One request equals a single API call that sends a paragraph of text for emotion analysis. The API returns detected emotions and their scores. Each call you make against the endpoint draws one request from your monthly quota, regardless of the emotions found.
What happens if I exceed my monthly request quota on my plan?
Your plan includes a set number of requests each month. Overage pricing for usage above the monthly quota is only available through a separate marketplace, not through this AWS Marketplace contract. If you expect higher volume, choose a plan with a larger monthly request allowance.
Do request quotas reset each month or roll over?
Each plan provides its request allowance on a monthly basis. The quota applies per month for the plan you select. Unused requests do not carry into the next month; the allowance renews with each monthly period under your contract.
