    It costs a little bit more than other platform,There are few glitches which comes at the times of order processing and restricts us from processing a order which can be improved.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    IBM Sterling Order Management helping us in many ways as it enables real-time visibility into inventory levels across the supply chain, preventing stockouts and overstock situations,Orders are automatically routed to the best fulfillment location based on a variety of criteria, including cost, customer preferences, and inventory availability.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It's very helpful when it comes to handling multiple order channels, it's helping us to track orders from our mobile application and web app, best part is that we don't have to think about the scalability aspects as it manages or tracks any level of orders without any issues.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think order dashboard should have features for analytics so that we can compare our orders from previous years or months and calculate total growth rate.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It's making tracking of multiple order channels in a single place, which helps our team to keep track of all orders and provide a better and quicker support to our customers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    IBM sterling order Managment is one of the best, easy to use solution for managing orders which provides end to end tracking of orders which helps our business to track all orders efficiently, it also provides analytics based on data and provides complete order orchestration, for any kind of issues they also provide resolutions.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While their is not much to dislike about this application but i think they can improve on order tracking by implementing better UI and use any other map service to show location of order.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has helped our business to track all orders and provided with a central portal to track and do analysis of our orders, it's scalable and accurate and gives real time updates on our order.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Its highly flexible and scalable, and it uses automation also, it can do real-time inventory visibility, order tracking, and flexible delivery options and much more..It can efficiently communicate data with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, CRM systems, and third-party providers, also it manages orders from multiple channels and uses it in order tracking in order lifecycle which is very efficient for end user of this system
    What do you dislike about the product?
    the maintenance and support costs for this app is high, also training for this application also can be very costly, we need to hire specialized trainers to train resources which are not easily available in the market, also when it comes to regulatory compliances, we have to implement them manually everytime in this application.. one more thing to note is that the communication with third party apps can be time taking i meant that the development and configuration for the new partners will take time.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    yes IBM is solving multiple issues, such as recently there was a patch made for discounts applied on products, where system was applying discounts on returned/cancelled products also and it has been fixed now.also better RTAM alerts are provided.also fusion charts now supports javascripts

    User Friendly UI & you can easily setup your home page as per your convience.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not a major issue but they should work on their real time help/assistance for their customers.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Integration with other ERP applications helps a lot which means you can fetch the data anywhere which is very efficient.
