What software and tools come with each instance regardless of the type I choose?
Every instance runs Python 3.12.12 accessed via python3.12, alongside the preserved system Python 3.9 used by dnf and cloud-init. You also get pip, virtualenv, Poetry, python3.12-devel headers, and gcc pre-installed for compiling packages with native C code. This setup is identical across all instance types.
What drives my cost when I need more capacity for a heavier workload?
