Being able to comment directly on content makes collaboration so much smoother—no more scattered feedback or long email chains. The metadata it automatically pulls in is a game-changer too; it makes searching fast and intuitive, even when you’re juggling tons of assets.

I also love how easy it is to structure files in a way that actually makes sense for real workflows. And when you need to share something with someone outside your team? Generating secure, shareable links takes seconds. It all adds up to a platform that feels built for how creative teams really work.

The interface, while powerful, can feel a little busy for new users, so onboarding sometimes takes longer than expected. Because it’s so metadata-driven, getting the most out of the platform often requires upfront setup—and if that isn’t dialed in, search and organization don’t shine the way they should.
