Overview
Cloud Video Kit uses AWS Media Services to handle video transcoding and packaging, encryption, delivery and playback for your browser, mobile or Smart TV app. You can integrate it with your service through REST API or use our player embed code or asset endpoints.
Features:
-
Video transcoding & packaging: upload your source video link or your raw VOD files and transcode & package them into multiple streaming-friendly formats (including MPEG-DASH and HLS) and resolution profiles (from SD to UHD).
-
24/7 live channels: plan your live broadcasts and event series ahead of time and manage them from a calendar to keep your content flowing 24/7.
-
Live-to-VOD recorder: capture your live streams for up to 14 days after the broadcast. Use the clipping tool to create high-quality VOD materials or live event highlights and give your content a new shelf life.
-
Cloud hosting & CMS: store your transcoded VOD files or live recordings in AWS Cloud and manage your content through the admin panel.
-
DRM: encrypt and protect videos on every platform with Cloud DRM, our digital rights management service integrated with the biggest DRM providers: Microsoft PlayReady, Apple FairPlay and Google Widevine.
-
Active session limits - combat password sharing and limit the number of allowed concurrent watching sessions (per user account or per video asset).
-
CDN (Content Delivery Network) - deliver your videos fast and with low latency through the global server network of Amazon CloudFront.
-
Player & analytics: use Cloud Video Kit to integrate Bitmovin Player with your website or app for high-quality and secure playback and improve viewer experience with content analytics (global or per asset).
-
Ads integration: start monetizing your content by adding advertisements to your streams.
Each purchase includes 4 hours of implementation support and an additional 4 hours of training. We also offer optional support during live events or 24/7 monitoring.
