Overview
REST Harness API is a tool to stand in the place of another RESTful service. This can be used to Mock out a service that doesn't exist yet, or where the need to reproduce a particular set of inputs from an opaque service. It can also serve as a simple shared cache. This software runs as a daemon service by default when you start the AMI. Additionally, another version of the software is included called firewallHelper.py. This file runs the standard service with the additional feature to open and close ports on the firewall in a Linux environment.
