PowerSight is an AI-powered energy intelligence SaaS that analyzes complex load profiles and optimizes distributed energy resources such as PV and BESS. It automatically processes energy data, detects abnormal peaks, and delivers real-time, expert-grade insight reports to reduce energy costs and operational risk. Designed for ESCOs, VPP/DR aggregators, factories, commercial buildings, franchises, and public institutions, PowerSight scales from a few sites to large multi-site portfolios.
PowerSight is an AI-powered energy infrastructure analytics platform that transforms raw metering data into actionable insights across the full energy management lifecycle - from data ingestion and anomaly detection to DER investment simulation and automated reporting. Its automated data pipeline reduces data cleansing time by 90%, instantly generating standardized datasets ready for AI analysis. With multi-timescale trend and pattern analysis, PowerSight identifies recurring usage habits, long-term shifts, and short-term volatility in a single view.
PowerSight's AI & rule-based anomaly detection engine (PowerTrace) monitors six categories of risk - data integrity, equipment faults, abnormal load patterns, off-schedule operation, tariff/contract risk, and power quality - providing real-time alerts before issues escalate into costly failures. Its Cost Structure Analysis module precisely maps TOU (time-of-use) tariff exposure and identifies load-shifting opportunities, while the Energy Resource Simulation engine predicts savings, ROI, and payback periods for PV and BESS installations using real customer load profiles.
Designed for scale, PowerSight supports multi-site portfolio management across hundreds of sites with automated clustering, performance benchmarking, and one-click expert-grade analysis reports. It serves six customer segments: ESCO/consulting firms, VPP & DR aggregators, manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, franchise HQs, and public institutions. Available as SaaS (Lite / Pro / Enterprise plans) or as a private cloud / on-premise deployment for customers with strict security and network isolation requirements.
Highlights
AI energy intelligence that cuts per-site analysis time from 30 hours to 1 hour - automated data processing, anomaly detection, and one-click expert reports for ESCOs, VPP/DR aggregators, and enterprise energy teams.
Real-time AI anomaly detection across 6 risk categories (data integrity, equipment faults, abnormal load patterns, off-schedule usage, tariff risk, and power quality) to prevent energy cost overruns before they occur.
DER investment simulation using actual customer load profiles - predict PV and BESS savings, ROI, and payback periods, and manage multi-site energy portfolios at scale with AI energy intelligence.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

Additional sites available at $3.60/site/month.
PowerSight offers three contract tiers that scale by the number of analysis sites you can monitor. PowerSight Lite covers up to 10 sites. PowerSight Pro covers up to 30 sites and adds DER investment feasibility analysis. PowerSight Enterprise covers up to 70 sites and adds custom anomaly detection and custom AI report types. Each tier lets you add sites beyond its included limit at a set per-site monthly rate, and that add-on rate decreases as you move to higher tiers. Choose your tier based on how many sites you need and which analysis capabilities you require.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one analysis site for billing purposes?
A site is one location whose energy load data PowerSight monitors and analyzes. Each tier includes a set number of sites: 10 for Lite, 30 for Pro, and 70 for Enterprise. You track load patterns, real-time usage, and anomalies per site.
What happens if I need to monitor more sites than my tier includes?
You can add sites beyond your tier's included limit at a set per-site monthly rate. That add-on rate is defined by your tier: Lite, Pro, and Enterprise each carry a different per-site price. Adding sites does not require switching tiers.
How do the analysis capabilities differ across the three tiers beyond site count?
Lite includes one AI report type. Pro adds full AI reports and DER investment feasibility analysis, which forecasts savings and payback for resource installations. Enterprise adds custom anomaly detection (2 types) and custom AI report types (2 types). All tiers include deep load analysis, real-time monitoring, and anomaly detection.
