In travel and transportation, it automates disruption management, rebooking, and voucher issuance using real-time integrations and a Re-Accommodation Rules Engine, reducing agent workload and improving passenger satisfaction. In financial services, it powers authenticated self-service for balances, disputes, and KYC updates through a Secure Messaging & Case Gateway — ensuring data protection, compliance, and fraud prevention at scale.
