The GB unit measures data storage for Rill-managed database projects. It counts the data volume your projects hold. Storage is billed per GB per month. This applies when you use Rill's managed database rather than connecting your own database.
Yes. You can run Rill on your own database instead of a Rill-managed one. When you bring your own infrastructure, the managed database storage and compute charges do not apply. The GB-based storage measure only applies to Rill-managed database projects.
Yes. Managed compute and storage are billed separately. Storage is metered per GB per month. Compute is metered per compute unit per hour, where one compute unit is roughly one vCPU and 4 GB of RAM. Both charges apply when you use Rill-managed infrastructure.

Vendor refund policy
Billing will be as set forth in an applicable Order. All payment obligations are non-cancelable, and Fees are non-refundable. Rill may charge Customer interest for any late payments in an amount of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or such lesser amount permitted by law.

What do you like best about the product?
This is most likely that I like most about this tool known as Rill Cloud; mainly because it is quite simple to use. It was easy for me to implement and I also did not have to much issue with the employees with implementing it and getting started. Moreover, thanks to the opportunities of the remote access, we can perform our functions and complete our tasks many times more effectively irrespective of the location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Concerning the things I dislike some of them includes some of the features that should be customizable to some extent, or Pian’s requirement to be connected to the internet all the time. However, all these disadvantages seem tiny if compared to the number of advantages that have been gained because of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Rill Cloud software we have been able to tackle some issues within the company. Indeed we have been able to safely store all files and make them easily retrievable due to its cloud storage features. In addition, the feature of collaboration on the document has enhanced not only communication but also our work productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Rill Cloud is an extremely customizable and operational BI tool, it helped my team/departments have a different dashboard interface as it supports our needs accordingly and provides a quicker and more efficient way of getting around. It provides so many features and utility tools. The software itself is easy to use and implement within your business. It is a game changer as it makes tasks so much easier and is so efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is a little complex and overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it, its very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having an unefficient and cluttered dashboard and lets you customize and have a usefull dashboard, specifically heling me in increasing my productivity and efficiency while keeping a neater look for myself as I hate a cluttered and overwhelming dashboard!
