Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
B2CORE uses five plans: Starter, Advanced, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan pairs two linked dimensions. First, you get an included monthly deposit volume, which rises as you move up the plans. Second, each plan charges a processing fee on deposit volume above that included threshold. That overage percentage drops as you move from Starter through Enterprise. So higher plans give you more included volume and a lower fee on anything beyond it. You pick the plan matching your expected monthly deposit activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The included volume measures client deposits processed through your Traders Room each month, in dollar value. Deposits can come from fiat payment systems or crypto on-chain funding. All client deposits across your brokerage count toward the included threshold for your chosen plan.
Your plan charges a processing fee on deposit volume above the included threshold. Only the overage is charged, not your full deposit volume. The fee percentage is fixed by your plan and drops as you move from Starter through Enterprise.
Each plan pairs an included deposit volume with an overage processing fee. If your monthly deposits stay within the included volume, no overage applies. Deposits past that threshold are billed at your plan's fee percentage. Both parts belong to one plan, so you pick one tier.

To dispute a charge or request a refund, contact support@b2broker.com within 14 days of the disputed invoice, quoting your AWS Marketplace order ID and tenant name.
