What do you like best about the product?
Usually pretty easy to navigate. If I get stuck the chat feature has been great. There is almost always someone available to assist in a very timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i find tha there are some limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a registration site for our customer events.

What do you like best about the product?
Sara was a huge help! She walked me through each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would talk to a respondent on the phone to discuss options. I also had a hard time setting up the platform on my own before having the help of Sara.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RSVPify is helping me with event check in for a private high profile event with about 100 people coming. We needed a way for our staff members to check in guests electronically in an organized fashion. Looking forward to using it at our event!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RSVPify is how easy and intuitive it is to use. Everything from setting up the event to managing guests feels straightforward and well-organized, which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into any major issues. Overall, the platform has worked well for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RSVPify helped me manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event communication all in one place. It saved me a lot of time and made it easier to keep everything organized from start to finish.

RSVP and email credits I found it a hassle trying to understand why the limits exist and instead of purchasing additional I had to upgrade my plan.

What do you like best about the product?
RSVPify was so easy to use! From creating the event to tracking and updating RSVP's, it could not have been a smoother experience. The customer support was quick, the ease of integrating the invites was easy, and I loved the number of features offered. Especially being able to download into Excel for nametags! I would highly recommending RSVPify to anyone with an upcoming event!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to using RSVPify.
