What do you dislike about the product?

Pricing tiers make it challenging to use infrequently. As a nonprofit with infrequent large events, I would love to keep using at a more manageable price point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a hard time managing large, changing lists in real time. Our events are free, but balancing several platforms (email, reg, registrant management) is exhausting.

the support was great! I chatted with Samra and she was so helpful and answered rightaway. That was a great feature

It didn't match my expectations. The design was not as modern as hoped, it was hard to personalize my requirements

What do you like best about the product?

I like its flexibility for configuring event registration workflows without extensive custom development. I also appreciate its ability to structure registration forms using logic, manage guest data, and handle multiple sessions within a single platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

It lacks advanced control for deeper registration workflows. I understand it’s simple for a reason, but it should include deeper API access. More flexibility for integrating with external systems would also be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

RSVPify solves the problem of manual guest management. It automates RSVP collection and simplifies guest check-in. Before RSVPify, we relied on paper and spreadsheets, which was costly and time-consuming. Having centralized attendee data is particularly useful and helps improve efficiency.

What I like most about RSVPify is that it makes event registration and guest management pretty straightforward. The setup is easy to understand, and it saves time compared with managing RSVPs manually.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I dislike is that some of the customization options can take a little time to figure out, especially when setting up more detailed event requirements.

RSVPify helps me manage event registrations, guest lists, and RSVPs in one place. It reduces manual work and makes it easier to keep track of attendees and event details.

its very easy and helpful to use, it had every option for me to be able to create exactly what i want

I think there couldve been an easier guide through the website, found myself searching up how to get to certain areas on rsvpify

I worked with Hannah and she was wonderful. We had an issue about submitting a list and she walked us through the whole process!

Simple set-up and intuitive. Great customer service.

Nothing so far. Price packages seem a little high.

Tracking attendance for our Customer Picnic, which helps with prep and food.

Excellent experience with RSVPify! We used it for our daughter's Rangapravesam, and it was incredibly easy to create, send, and manage invitations. Tracking RSVPs was simple and efficient, and the customer support team was outstanding - responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. Highly recommend RSVPify for anyone planning a special event.

Didn't find the personal plans initially when created account, but with the -customer service, it was easy.

Need to send and track invitiations with custom design to the events

The scope of possibilities is good. However, it would be nice if the Plus plan included more features.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's a shame that you can't switch between languages in the interface. Additionally, you can't embed your own fonts in the Plus plan.

We want to organize an event, for that we use the tool.

RSVPify is very user friendly and their support is top notch.

Works great for us, but we mainly use if for registration, we don't send emails though the system.

We ran out of registrations the day before our event and RSVPify added a considerable amount of additional registrations for us so attendees could continue to register which helped us streamline check in.

Easy to use. Helpful support team, many different plans to choose from.

What do you dislike about the product?

The interface could probably be easier to use, and a little nicer to look at.

There was a cap on the invitees list for the Platinum plan, which is the highest plan for weddings. I asked for an increase and they provided it.
