Simple set-up and intuitive. Great customer service.

Nothing so far. Price packages seem a little high.

Tracking attendance for our Customer Picnic, which helps with prep and food.

What do you like best about the product?

Excellent experience with RSVPify! We used it for our daughter's Rangapravesam, and it was incredibly easy to create, send, and manage invitations. Tracking RSVPs was simple and efficient, and the customer support team was outstanding - responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. Highly recommend RSVPify for anyone planning a special event.

Didn't find the personal plans initially when created account, but with the -customer service, it was easy.

Need to send and track invitiations with custom design to the events

The scope of possibilities is good. However, it would be nice if the Plus plan included more features.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's a shame that you can't switch between languages in the interface. Additionally, you can't embed your own fonts in the Plus plan.

We want to organize an event, for that we use the tool.

RSVPify is very user friendly and their support is top notch.

Works great for us, but we mainly use if for registration, we don't send emails though the system.

We ran out of registrations the day before our event and RSVPify added a considerable amount of additional registrations for us so attendees could continue to register which helped us streamline check in.

Easy to use. Helpful support team, many different plans to choose from.

The interface could probably be easier to use, and a little nicer to look at.

There was a cap on the invitees list for the Platinum plan, which is the highest plan for weddings. I asked for an increase and they provided it.

RSVPify made it easiest for me to add families on one invitation

I wish you could send out a mass text message to invite guests

They are helping me send out invitations to my wedding

The Platform and UI is good. I did not have any needs for integration to other SAAS´s. The platform was fast and remarkable in the experience I had. BUT where it shined beyond any expectations is THE support team. I was searching for a registration solution for a dinner event. RSVPify was overkill, but still very affordable. The solution was great, but the human side of their support team is outstanding. It made me wish that I only have to manage a dinner event every year, and not every week or month. Really awesome support. Many platforms could learn from the team behind RSVPify. Thats it! I did not use any AI or other. A simple booking management need.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing. But as I mentioned, I think most comparisons between platform A and platform B ultimately boil down to one question: what if you really need human help? That’s where RSVPify was outstanding.

Good design templates and keep it simple registration model and database for a dinner even with +100 guests

What do you like best about the product?

RSVPify is simple through the whole process of building an event page to people signing up for an event. My event was a mix of paid and free admission and RSVPify made it very simple to do both.

What do you dislike about the product?

While RSVPify is a wonderful platform, I do wish the event page offered separate pages instead of one continuous scroll. For a sizeable event with lots of speakers and details, the page becomes VERY long to navigate. It would also be helpful to be able to email everyone who has registered when there’s an update to the event. I also found it difficult to locate where to add team members when it was time to bring in helpers. Overall, these are minor complaints, and my company would absolutely use RSVPify again.

We needed a straightforward platform for a sizeable, all-day event, and this one was the right price while also offering the features we needed most.

What do you like best about the product?

Usually pretty easy to navigate. If I get stuck the chat feature has been great. There is almost always someone available to assist in a very timely manner.

Sometimes i find tha there are some limitations.

It provides a registration site for our customer events.

Sara was a huge help! She walked me through each step.

I wish I would talk to a respondent on the phone to discuss options. I also had a hard time setting up the platform on my own before having the help of Sara.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

RSVPify is helping me with event check in for a private high profile event with about 100 people coming. We needed a way for our staff members to check in guests electronically in an organized fashion. Looking forward to using it at our event!
