DTEX provides English-language software support during normal business hours, which vary by customer region and are aligned to the customer's headquarters location. Support includes assistance with software issues, error messages, bug fixes, installations, updates, upgrades, and basic functionality questions. Customers must submit support requests through the DTEX Support Center or by emailing support@dtexsystems.com , as other request methods may result in delays. All support requests are prioritized based on severity at DTEX's discretion. Standard support does not include training, setup assistance, interface troubleshooting, integration services, custom programming, consulting, equipment operation support, or data correction services, although DTEX may provide such services separately for additional fees.
DTEX reserves the right to modify support hours, time zones, and support policies. Customers who have purchased DTEX i3 Services may also submit Investigation or Intelligence Requests through the DTEX Support Center or by emailing investigations.i3@dtexsystems.com .
