Overview
OpsCruise assures the health and performance of enterprise cloud applications using contextual AI and ML, a SaaS delivery model and an embedded open source and cloud monitoring foundation.
When enterprises start to migrate their applications to the cloud, they lose visibility and understanding. The architecture is more complex with many sub-components, e.g., APIs, cloud services, outside their control. Further, the business and app teams are rolling out changes more frequently. The net result is that users are impacted by performance degradations which affects revenue, resources are over-provisioned and the SRE and ITOps teams lose a lot of time and productivity.
OpsCruise's software uses contextual ML to understand cloud applications in real time and predict performance degradations before users notice. Further, it provides a closed-loop model through automated causal analysis and actions which improves Ops staff productivity.

Adaptive Observability for Microservices
Opscruise metric/log collection is built on industry-standard open telemetry and open source tools. It was straightforward to use the product, and we could visualize the application in 10 minutes or so. The experience of deploying the observability platform was extremely good.
Once deployed, we could observe the various interactions among the microservices at different levels - virtual machines, shared resources/environments, networking. Incidents that happen can be contextually viewed at multiple layers to resolve them fast, e.g., noisy neighbor....
Baselining the behavior and alerting for anomalies happens automatically without the need to set explicit thresholds for different parameters. This greatly reduces operator errors. Any change to a micro-service or adding another service is also baselined. It eliminates the need to review any previously used alerting mechanisms based on the human experience. Once an alert is raised, Root Cause Analysis provides insights leading to faster isolation/resolution.
Opscruise provides an adaptive observability solution that future proofs our environment.
