CData Sync is a universal data pipeline platform that enables automated, continuous data flows between SaaS, on-premises, and cloud applications and your choice of database, warehouse, or data lake. Replicate data for analytics, hydrate data lakes, migrate legacy workloads, or operationalize insights across business systems without coding or rigid pipelines. - In your web browser, type https://<this_instance_ip_address> . If the connection fails then you should either try again in a few minutes, or double check the Security Group (EC2 Dashboard > Network & Security > Security Groups) assigned to this image, ensuring that HTTPS is added and that your IP address is allowed.
- If you get a security warning in your browser, select the option to proceed. The browser is simply alerting you to the fact that the SSL certificate used by the site is self-signed (not signed by a Certificate Authority), and thus untrusted.
- To login, use "admin" for the username, and the instance id for the password, prefixed with "Sync25:".

I like Cdata Sync's massive data integration with more than 200+ sources in a database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The description in Cdata Sync could be simplified to make it more accessible to non-technical users which helps non-IT people to understand it more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cdata Sync will simplify operational data management by automating the data replication process. This doesn't need to manual intervention to check the complex code for the data loading.

Very heavy with the resources it uses, making it difficult to use with large data transfers.

What do you like best about the product?
I have experience with many of their products. For the most part, they deliver on what they advertise from a functionality perspective. They are generally easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beware of pricing and contract negotiations. They hook you the first year with a reasonable price that goes up exponentially every year thereafter. We are seeing product price increases of 100 to 150% year over year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data connectivity to various data sources.

What do you like best about the product?
CDATA has a large number of tools and plugins that facilitate the process for data processing and manipulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices of the plugins are quite high, they do not allow small companies to take advantage of the potential that each of their tools has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the components for SAP, it allows queries to be carried out in a much simpler way during the preparation and transformation in the ETL processes.
