Usage instructions
- Login to instance using SSH via key based authentication. Use "ubuntu" as userid (refer https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/putty.html for details on how to connect using putty/ssh)
- Once connected using ssh/putty, run below command to connect to kali terminal from ssh command prompt. sudo docker exec -it kali-linux /bin/bash If above command returns "Error response from daemon:" error, then run below command to start the kali container and then run above command again. sudo docker start kali-linux
- You can connect to the VM's desktop environment from any local windows machine using VNC protocol or local linux machine using Remmina. Note: If you don't have VNC installed on your Windows machine, first Install VNC Viewer as per your device from - https://www.realvnc.com/en/connect/download/viewer/
- In the "VNC Viewer" wizard, copy the external ip and click connect. Accept the encryption warning. 5.Now you are connected to out of box ARM 64 based Kali GUI Linux environment via Windows Machine.
