The Verus System is proprietary, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform that interfaces with phone providers' applications to monitor authorized inmate communication data.
By evaluating and analyzing authorized inmate calls, insightful information or actionable intelligence can be developed for investigative purposes. Using the AWS platform, Verus begins ingesting authorized inmate communication data from the Phone Provider's system. Verus not only stays within the legal guidelines set forth by Federal, State, and local statutes, but remains neutral and unbiased during the monitoring. Verus cannot be used to search, nor filter results by any protected class. It only allows you to hear the voices that matter.
