Overview
The BICS SIM for Things solution is designed to meet the global connectivity requirements of enterprises and hardware and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) .
The service includes physical SIM cards, referred to here as units, which will be supplied by BICS in line with your chosen package.
Enabled by a unique SIM card, BICS' SIM for Things solution connects your devices to more than 700 mobile operators in 200+ countries, enabling them to roam seamlessly around the world, easily switching networks depending on quality and 2G/3G/4G/5G or LTE-M coverage needs.
Each SIM can be remotely managed through an online self-service portal or via an extensive library of flexible APIs, specifically designed to give you complete visibility and control over your IoT connected business.
Data usage charges are based on two rate zones - Rate Zone 1 and Rate Zone 2 - as detailed in the BICS coverage map (https://bics.showpad.com/share/SMzBlbpnDfhJMSO1hh8lQ ).

SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Support is provided within our business hours 8 am - 5 pm CET. You can receive a detailed video training by sending a request on the BICS Service Portal. Support tickets can be created via the BICS Service Portal, after logging in to your MyBICS (https://my.bics.com ) account (access will be provided during provisioning). Service Portal is under the tab "Support", select "Service Portal".
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
