    Product Overview

SQL Server 2019 Standard Edition on Linux with 24/7 cloudimg support. Run Microsoft SQL Server on your preferred Linux distribution with full Bring Your Own License (BYOL) flexibility. This AMI delivers a production ready SQL Server 2019 Standard Edition environment on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, Rocky Linux 9 or AlmaLinux 9, pre configured with AWS native tooling for monitoring, automation and secure management.

    Why SQL Server on Linux?

Microsoft SQL Server on Linux uses the identical database engine as Windows, delivering full T SQL compatibility, intelligent query processing and in memory OLTP.
