If you are not satisfied with our product, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your annual subscription. To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@dynamodb-toolshack.com .
After the initial 30-day period, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
