Our pre-configured AMI enables rapid deployment and seamless operation of Jitsi Meet, optimized for up to 50 concurrent users. The deployment includes a single-server setup with Jitsi Meet and Jitsi Video Bridge (JVB) installed, and is bundled with an AWS CloudWatch monitoring dashboard in addition to core Jitsi components.

Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance type you run. This listing supports up to 50 concurrent users, and all 12 options bill for the same software on different-sized compute. The t3 and t3a options are general-purpose instances offered in small, medium, large, and xlarge sizes. The c5 and c5a options are compute-optimized instances offered in large and xlarge sizes. Larger sizes and compute-optimized instances give you more processing capacity for the video workload. You choose the size that fits your expected load, and your hourly cost tracks that choice.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The developer guide recommends a c5.xlarge instance for the Jitsi Videobridge in a setup up to 100 users, with a smaller instance for the Jitsi Meet components. You choose the matching option from the pricing table based on your expected concurrent load.
Software charges meter running instance-hours only. If you stop the instance, the hourly software charge stops. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees separate from this software licence. You can stop and later restart the instance from the CloudFormation stack's Resources tab.
When a new version appears in AWS Marketplace, you launch the new version and migrate your data. Back up your server data before removing the old deployment. To change size, you deploy a different instance type; your hourly cost then tracks the new choice.

The cloudformation script will deploy Jitsi Meet and Jitsi Video Bridge in a single server.
CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."

Usage instructions
Click the "View Purchase Options" button. After that, you will need to accept the terms and conditions. Click on "Accept Terms" to proceed. Please wait for a few minutes while the processing takes place. Once it's completed, click on "Continue to Configuration". Select your preferred region in "Configure this software" page and click "Continue to Launch" button. From the "Choose Action" dropdown menu, select "Launch CloudFormation", and then click "Launch". Fill the data and continue to deploy the product.
Access the application via a browser at http://<domain-name>. To generate SSL certificates first point dns to server, login to the instance and run certbot --nginx. To ssh, use port 22 and the username 'ubuntu'. Admin email is required for SSL generation. IAM Role is set up and configured with the necessary permissions to assume the role for the meet service. IAM policy assigned to instances for push metrics to cloudwatch dashboard.
