Overview
This product provides MariaDB 11.5 integrated with CentOS Stream 10 and delivered as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) by ThinkCloud. The image includes a pre-configured, security-hardened MariaDB server with database management, backup, and monitoring utilities.
MariaDB 11.5 is a relational database server suitable for web application backends, e-commerce, content management, analytics, and development workloads. The environment uses InnoDB with configured buffer-pool settings, utf8mb4 as the default character set, and SSL/TLS enabled for secure connections.
The AMI includes automated system updates, configurable backup and restore utilities, performance monitoring scripts, and settings for replication and clustering scenarios. Root access uses SSH key authentication.
Marketplace software charges cover seller-performed software and operating-system integration, preparation of database configuration and backup tooling, application of the verified hardening baseline, repeatable image construction, and final AMI testing. Support and maintenance are supplementary services and are not the sole basis for the software charges.
