Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers two contract-based options priced by user count. The Managed Security Awareness Plus option covers up to 100 users, giving smaller organizations a fixed-scope plan billed per user. The Custom Pricing option has no set user limit; instead, you define the terms, coverage, and quantity through a Private Offer negotiated with the vendor. This structure lets you start with a defined 100-user plan or arrange tailored coverage for larger or more specific needs. Both options bill through a contract commitment rather than usage or hourly charges.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the Managed Security Awareness Plus billing?
A user is an employee who receives the microlearning lessons. Lessons arrive by email, with no login or password needed. Each email address you connect counts as one user. The Plus option covers up to 100 such users.
What happens if my organization grows past 100 users?
The Managed Security Awareness Plus option is fixed at up to 100 users. To cover more people, you move to the Custom Pricing option. That path uses a Private Offer where you define the user quantity and coverage terms with the vendor.
Is this billed by usage or as a fixed contract commitment?
Both options bill as a contract commitment, not by hourly or usage metering. The Managed Security Awareness Plus option charges per user for a set scope of up to 100 users. The Custom Pricing option sets its terms through a negotiated Private Offer.

Arctic Wolf: Amazing Team, Constant Innovation, and Peace of Mind 24x7

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the amazing service they provide, the people are what I like best. The people are key to the product and to the service they deliver to customers. Everyone is there to help, open to questions, and never missing in action the way some vendors tend to be.
Another big plus is that the product/service is constantly advancing instead of staying stagnant. Every day we see a new feature, an improvement, or some kind of advancement. The addition of AI to help assist our local SOC is very valuable and allows SOC members to learn from and digest the information being collected. The integrations available to ensure you have full coverage also give peace of mind.
We constantly hear from leadership all the way down to application owners how much it helps them sleep at night knowing the great Arctic Wolf team is monitoring everything 24x7. The user interface has improved so much over the last year, with the goal of providing one pane of glass for teams. These advancements, along with the ease of use of the portal, have proven very beneficial. Overall, the product meets our performance expectations, and it’s easy to show ROI to leadership who have invested in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Arctic Wolf. Any time we ran into challenges, the entire AW team—from the CEOs down to the front-line staff—was engaged and willing to help. Many times, we had ad-hoc calls with AW leadership to make sure our issues were resolved and that lessons learned were captured.
The one downside is that it sometimes feels like more features are being added that require additional cost to take advantage of those services. When a customer invests in a company as an MSSP at a significant cost, it can be discouraging when new features are released that feel like they should have been included in the overall bundle customers purchased from the start. As more à la carte items sit outside the bundle, it starts to push us toward looking for a true full-package deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem they solve is letting teams sleep at night, knowing there’s coverage outside normal working hours. Another key benefit is that it becomes the central source of truth for logs and alerts, so team members can focus on what matters most, what delivers the best bang for the dollar, and how to support the local team along the way.
