Total Expert has integrations and synchronization issues and this occurs on different occasions, causing users to conduct manual checks
The mobile app encounter is very problematic and more updates could do more good

Total Expert helps us organize CRM data and those of clients who takes our products through loans
The tool creates an avenue that allows quality engagement and maintains proper follow up with all clients
The marketing efforts that Total Expert issues are well inbuilt with branded campaigns that reaches more clients
The struggles of communication where some compliance and regulation standards applies is something the tool has fully developed
Total Expert is determined in strengthening collaboration with different partners and market stakeholders for more business

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Total Expert makes it pretty easy to maneuver through the different options. The initial setup was very easy. The marketing tools, such as marketing flyers and social media posts, are what I use the most. I do like the site.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'd like more landing page options to direct prospective customers to when prospecting. The ability to offer free information. Then the customer goes to a landing page to request. I get contact information and they are sent the pdf.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Total Expert for creating marketing flyers, social media posts, and follow-ups. It's pretty easy to maneuver through the different options.

Automated emails to customers. Plenty of options for content to send my customers

Maybe too many options! That could be s good thing for dome. Navigating the options is sometimes difficult for me.

Not very intuitive. It has taken a while to learn the process to publish marketing materials.

Hard to navigate back like on an internet browser when you want to go back to the previous page you often have to start what you were doing over
