What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM is wonderful! He's super helpful and always a pleasure to work with.

I like the TE content emails and the co-marketing partner features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the platform aren't the most user friendly. And it isn't super customizable - it would be great if we could change the Daily Digest email and content on lead capture apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our users are not comfortable with technology or have time to manage it - TE allows us to manage on their behalf and create automations so they don't have to worry about anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert is hands down the best all-in-one CRM I've ever used. In the past, I juggled multiple systems and logins to accomplish just a fraction of what Total Expert offers in one seamless platform. The wide range of integrations it provides to automate the entire loan process through dynamic journeys is truly top-notch, making it a game-changer for marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is still an aspect that could use some improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The journey bulilding is top notch and the easiest i've ever used. I'd also like to shoutout all the representatives that work with everyone. I use this platform every day and when I have questions the response is always same day. I also love how easy the import and campaign builders are. This was one of the first implimentation and integration that I was a part of and it was a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like for TotalExpert to include is an easier way to look at report results. For example, when I send a campaign I wish I could easily click to see who didnt open the email, so I can easily target them for a second go around. I know a work around would be to build a journey, but we use multiple small campains within a month and it would be great to easily see reports of contacts who have and have not interacted with an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the journey building is a breeze and I love how easy it is to build a journey as well as have all the pre-built journeys too. Another favorite feature is the automatic connection with our Core.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert is a true marketing operating system. Total Expert puts real time information in front of mortgage loan officers that helps them grow and develop thier business!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, some integrations are not as robust as TE and third parties tout.

Total Expert allows us to automate our communication with our current and past clients as well as seemlessly communicate and update them.

What do you like best about the product?
The out of the box functionality and the ability to integrate with almost anything. This allows us to create hyper-focused hyper-customized and in depth lifecycle marketing for our clients and LO prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that you can't easily filter co-borrowers in our out and that the Loans tab and Contacts tab don't necesarily speak to one another. Some of the filters you run in the loans tab only work in the loans tab and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to inteligently send the right message to the right person at the right time. This allows us to hyper-focus, hyper-customize and our life cycle marketing and be in communication with our leads and clients no matter where they are in their lifecyle journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert has a wonderful UX that makes it easy for loan officers to use. Their journey functionality is the absolute best for multi platform campaigns and full automation. Their customer support is top notch, whether you are using the online chat or submitting a ticket. Total Expert moving into the world of customer intelligence has not only saved us money from using a third party platform, but has also helped increase loan volume as well. They keep striving to add and improve the platform, and they are really good at listening to their clients,
What do you dislike about the product?
When new things come out there often is always a cost and an SOW involved, and even for the most minor adjustments to certain things, the requirement to purchase development hours can be cost prohibitive, meaning many lenders need to get things right the first time during implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total Expert has provided our company with nearly full marketing communication automation as well as a marketing platform. It puts our loan officers in the driver's seat when it comes to marketing - they do not have to wait for our team to generate or produce a flyer. It also positions our loan officers as valuable partners to real estate agents because agents are able to access the marketing tools within the platform as well.

reporting. I wish reporting was more robust. We'd especially like to be able to report on attirubtion for loans in regard to CI.

Great out-of-the-box CRM for mortgage companies

What do you like best about the product?
Feature-set works as expected. There has not been any downtime since we've moved to the platform. It allows for logic-based journeys and robust reporting. The UI is very easy to get acclimated with as an end-user or administrator. The launch team and customer support have been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email editor is not robust and is inferior to modern email campaign providers, like MailChimp and Constant Contact. There are some limitations when it comes to allowing for brand and content customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing communications to clients and business partners. Organizing contacts internally. Supporting sales team with organizing their day and effectively nurturing and converting leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Total Expert has been a great partner for the past several years. They have done their best to assist us with a recent data issue. Jon, Abby, Nicole and Dan have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some opportunities for growth and change but they are open to their clients suggestions. Because we have a prioprietary LOS it is challenging to send data thru the API. We have a manual process for monthly servicing updates due to change of loan ownership. The email tool could also be better, also for videos and allow you to create an email and schedule it for later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Total Expert for both Retail and Wholesale. Wholesale uses it primarily for email campaigns and Retail uses it for marketing autmation.
