All in one social media connection and CRM used for easy communication

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Total Expert links to my social media platforms so I am able to make posts directly from my resources and I know they are compliant. I also love being able to have realtors create profiles linked to mine; I use this as a marketing tool frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Tags" feature as filters is a bit clunky and often I have to select a tag multiple times before it filters them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Total Expert, I was not using a CRM so it is allowing me to keep all my contacts in one location as well as keep in touch with my resources much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send to a large database all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Database management is not user friendly. Very hard to keep lists scrubbed and refine the lists to certain target markets. Not very flexible. Site crashes at times, help desk chat only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for marketing loan products to Realtors via email.

Efficient Database Management with Intuitive Alerts

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the regular alerts from Total Expert, especially the listing alerts. They keep me from having to search through 1,500 past mortgages that I have done, which makes managing my database and keeping track of clients' interest rates more efficient. I also appreciate having easy access to all of my past loans, and the seamless integration with our LOS and my MRC lead generating system enhances my workflow. Setting up Total Expert was pretty easy as I'm very familiar with working with CRM systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Total Expert to manage my database and track clients' interest rates. It keeps me updated with regular alerts and provides easy access to my past loans, so I don't need to search through 1,500 past mortgages.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use with wonderful reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a very unique product for this market, the cost seems a bit inflated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it a bit unconventionally, offering the tool to our partners/customers. In doing so, it's helping with their marketing outreach tremendously. Internally, we've automated several outreach campaigns, saving time and delivering consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Total Expert makes it pretty easy to maneuver through the different options. The initial setup was very easy. The marketing tools, such as marketing flyers and social media posts, are what I use the most. I do like the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more landing page options to direct prospective customers to when prospecting. The ability to offer free information. Then the customer goes to a landing page to request. I get contact information and they are sent the pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Total Expert for creating marketing flyers, social media posts, and follow-ups. It's pretty easy to maneuver through the different options.

What do you like best about the product?
I am truly impressed with Total Expert as it serves as an incredible hub, not only functioning effectively as a CRM for our mortgage company but also as a powerful data center and automation tool. I am particularly fond of the passion within the Total Expert organization. Interacting with various team members within their various divisions has consistently shown me that everyone is extremely driven and dedicated not only to their direct clients but also to their clients' clients, specifically the borrowers in the mortgage industry. This commitment is reassuring and inspiring. Additionally, Total Expert's integration capabilities are commendable; I use them effectively with Optimal Blue and Encompass, among others. The ability to seamlessly incorporate these tools enhances my workflows significantly. The initial setup of Total Expert was pretty easy, thanks to the excellent support provided by our customer service manager and the startup team. This ease of implementation and the ongoing support make it a standout choice for our needs in print marketing, email marketing, and customer journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see some enhancements in Total Expert, particularly some upgrades and additions that are currently in development. These include the AI sales assistant, customer intelligence insights, and the upcoming data hub. This data hub would allow us to configure and create our own unique reports using AI within the system and that is something we desperately need to leverage our analytics and subsequent workflows. I’m also interested in more plug-and-play and WYSIWYG options within the platform, like creating customized rate quote flyers in house, instead of utilizing the content team. Plus, these would offer ease of use in email building as well as the lead capture apps/lead magnet capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Total Expert as hub, effectively serving as a CRM, data center, and automation tool for print and email marketing, enhancing our mortgage business operations.
