Overview
CloudSEK BeVigil is an External Attack surface monitoring tool that fingerprints an organization's digital infrastructure along with the service/software components thereby providing a comprehensive view of the entire initial access points in the infrastructure.
Each of these access points are then scanned for multiple (8) attack vectors, namely: Web Apps, Mobile Apps, API, Cloud, CVE, DNS, SSL and Network. Any vulnerabilities or misconfigurations on web and mobile applications are monitored for including OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities or any secrets/ sensitive information like API keys embedded in the source codes using respective in-house scanners.
- - An inventory of API exposed to the internet is maintained and scanned for any misconfigurations using the API Scanner.
- - All cloud assets are scanned for 700+ cloud related issues like publicly listed buckets across Alibaba, Firebase, Azure and more using Cloud Scanner.
- - Network-related misconfiguration like sensitive ports kept open or vulnerabilities in services running on each port are identified using Network scanner.
- - All initial access points are scanned for any existing CVEs, new zero-days, or any actively exploited CVEs using the CVE scanner which is updated every day with new CVEs if identified.
- - Domain-related issues like SPF/DMARC misconfigurations are identified by the DNS scanner.
- - SSL-related issues like certificate expiry or any misconfigurations are monitored using the SSL scanner.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudSek, as a threat intelligence tool, has a lot of capabilities that can help a SOC analyst identify various threats in real time. I also like its different features, such as the SSL scanner and DNS scanner, which can help web applications maintain their security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
It produces a very large number of alerts, which can be hectic to analyze. Sometimes it repeats the same alert multiple times, even after a resolution has been provided from the company’s end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization with a capacity of 15,000 or more, handling security can be a bit difficult. This tool helps us identify security flaws related to employee security risks and protects our brand image by providing alerts about issues found across the dark web and the internet.

What I like best about CloudSEK is that it helps companies spot problems before they become big threats. Instead of waiting for hackers or leaks to cause damage, CloudSEK’s system keeps an eye on things like exposed data, fake websites, or risks from third‑party vendors, and alerts you early.

What people often dislike about CloudSEK is that, while it’s powerful, it can feel a bit complex and overwhelming at first. The dashboards and alerts give a lot of information, which means teams need some time and skill to interpret everything properly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for takedowns, the efficiency of findings, and the customer support and customizations in CloudSEK. It makes brand monitoring, digital risk management, and managing the attack surface much easier. The setup was very easy and convenient too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think CloudSEK could use more AI and ML features to create filters and correlations. The tool kind of feels like other tools in terms of overall functionality, and there isn't anything super innovative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK provides better discovery and insights in the digital risk domain. It helps manage the attack surface of publicly exposed assets and simplifies tackling findings. Its ease of use enhances brand monitoring and digital risk management efficiency.
