Overview
CloudSEK BeVigil is an External Attack surface monitoring tool that fingerprints an organization's digital infrastructure along with the service/software components thereby providing a comprehensive view of the entire initial access points in the infrastructure.
Each of these access points are then scanned for multiple (8) attack vectors, namely: Web Apps, Mobile Apps, API, Cloud, CVE, DNS, SSL and Network. Any vulnerabilities or misconfigurations on web and mobile applications are monitored for including OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities or any secrets/ sensitive information like API keys embedded in the source codes using respective in-house scanners.
- - An inventory of API exposed to the internet is maintained and scanned for any misconfigurations using the API Scanner.
- - All cloud assets are scanned for 700+ cloud related issues like publicly listed buckets across Alibaba, Firebase, Azure and more using Cloud Scanner.
- - Network-related misconfiguration like sensitive ports kept open or vulnerabilities in services running on each port are identified using Network scanner.
- - All initial access points are scanned for any existing CVEs, new zero-days, or any actively exploited CVEs using the CVE scanner which is updated every day with new CVEs if identified.
- - Domain-related issues like SPF/DMARC misconfigurations are identified by the DNS scanner.
- - SSL-related issues like certificate expiry or any misconfigurations are monitored using the SSL scanner.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to provide timely and actionable threat intelligence through deep and dark web monitoring, brand risk monitoring, and data leak detection. The alerts are accurate and help us identify potential risks before they become major issues. I also appreciate the clean and user-friendly dashboard, which makes monitoring simple and efficient for the entire team. Additionally, the strong customer support and quick response from the team make the overall experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, our experience has been smooth, and there is very little to dislike. At times, we feel that some reports or alerts could include even more detailed context for faster analysis, but this has not significantly impacted our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are particularly looking for even faster takedown of phishing sites and brand impersonation attempts. While the platform already helps in detection and response, quicker takedown actions would further strengthen brand protection, reduce risk exposure, and improve overall security effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK delivers real-time, accurate alerts, strong dark web coverage, an intuitive dashboard, excellent analyst support, and efficient takedown assistance—so it really covers everything I need. On top of that, the platform keeps improving continuously, which makes it even more valuable over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the initial phase, we saw a higher volume of false-positive alerts, which meant some tuning and a bit of back-and-forth with the support team. Also, while the dashboard does the job, the UI could be more modern and offer deeper customization for power users. That said, these are fairly minor issues considering the overall value CloudSEK delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK has significantly reduced our risk of data breaches and credential leaks, helped protect our brand reputation online, and addressed previously unknown exposed assets and shadow IT. At the same time, it has sped up incident detection, reduced our team’s manual workload, and given leadership much clearer visibility into our overall cyber risk posture.

The initial setup and onboarding process can feel overwhelming for new users, particularly for those without a strong security background. Some alerts can also be noisy and may require additional fine-tuning to cut down on false positives. In addition, deeper customization options and more intuitive reporting dashboards would make it easier to pull out clear insights, especially for non-technical stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps us proactively identify and mitigate digital risks such as external attack-surface exposures, data leaks, brand impersonation, and emerging threat intelligence. It gives us clear visibility into risks that exist outside our internal perimeter—areas that are often hard to monitor with traditional security tools.
The biggest benefit is early detection. We’re able to spot leaked credentials, vulnerable assets, or malicious activity much sooner and take action before it escalates into a serious incident. As a result, our overall security posture has strengthened, response times have improved, and collaboration between security and business teams is better, thanks to actionable, well-prioritized insights.
